Baby ZebraThis is part of a private collection that I did in San Diego for a customer’s safari theme. I made this for his grandchildren to play on.
Mama ZebraThis is another piece of the safari collection that I did for a customer in San Diego.
So CloseThis is a carving from Reedsport Divisional Carving Championships in 2015 that I carved out of a piece of spruce wood. This is a four day project that was awarded 6th place out of 40 carvers from around the globe.
Sequoia RedwoodThis is one of a few giant 600 year old sequoia pieces I’ve collected waiting for just the right project
Shoulao This is a carving I did for a private collection out of a piece of black walnut and used driftwood for the staff. This is Shoulao, the God of Longevity.

Safari CollectionThis customer in San Diego had a few palms that were tagged by the electric company for removal. I repurposed a pair of palm trees into giraffes and a palm stump in lower right corner into a silver back holding ferns. I carved a pair of gorillas and a fun lioness also.
